Operation
If you are skeptical or have doubts about the effective use of these tools, it is better to clarify immediately that it is a product suitable only for the repair of minor impacts.
You will therefore not be able to transform yourself into expert bodybuilders in a couple of hours and, for cars that have suffered considerable damage as a result of some accident or particularly heavy blows, it will still be necessary to contact a professional in the sector.
Moving on to the actual use of the kit, all you have to do is identify the impact, choose a suction cup of the suitable size and cover the flat part with hot glue, thus fixing it on the recess for about five minutes. Then you can hook the extractor bridge or the manual tie rod to the suction cup and make the body come out.

How to Use a Body Repair Kit
The Composition of The Kit

In the basic version, there are plastic suction cups (the number varies according to the kit) with high pulling power, hot glue suitable for the bodywork, and a gun to dissolve it (you may have to buy it separately).
Where to Apply the Suction Cups?
The less experienced will wonder where it is possible to apply the suction cups and where not. Whether the dent is on the door, on the roof, on the front or on the back, there are no limitations. In other words, wherever there is a dent, you can use the kit to repair it.
But glue and suction cup can have consequences for the car paint? In other words: will the paint stick on pulling the sucker away? Yes and no. Don’t be alarmed, the question is the following: the paint could only come off if the car was repainted.
We stress “could” because it is only an eventuality. There are no problems, however, if the car has the original paint. Clearly, if you bought the second-hand car you may not be able to know if it has ever been repainted completely or in some places.
The Choice of The Sucker
In the kit, you will find a series of suction cups that differ in size. The choice must be made based on the size of the dent. Generally, you can repair dents up to 20 cm. Let’s see how to proceed. At the center of the dent, apply some glue using the special gun.
At this point, fix the pin on the glue and, after it has set, fix the bridge support, then use the screw to adjust the level of the bodywork. Once the dent has been removed, remove the suction cup and clean the glue residues.
