Choosing the Best Aloe Vera Juice Buying Guide

Health Benefits of Aloe Vera

Those who care about their health know that taking some natural foods can benefit their well-being. One of these is aloe vera juice, a plant well known for its beneficial properties.

Help the Body Defend Itself Against External “Enemies.”

Aloe provides the body with numerous mineral salts, such as zinc, manganese and iron, and numerous other substances (for example, the enzyme bradykinase and acetomannan), as well as many active ingredients and important vitamins. These substances, on the whole, help the body to better cope with stressful moments.

A “Mine” of Minerals During the Day

Aloe contains numerous mineral salts, including zinc, manganese, iron, potassium, calcium, copper, chromium, sodium. Mineral salts stimulate enzymatic processes and promote health.

Helps Digestion and the Intestine

Aloe has important properties that promote proper digestion of food and assimilation of nutrients. Already in Ancient Egypt (Ebers papyrus), the health properties of Aloe for gastrointestinal disorders were known. It also reduces heartburn and has purifying properties.

Daily Intake of Important Vitamins

Aloe contains many vitamins. Among these are vitamins A, B1, B2, B12, C, E, folic acid, and niacin. When you are subject to fast, hyper-connected work rhythms, with the technology and the ever-present screens, you tend to eat badly or skip meals, reducing your daily need for vitamins. Aloe juice gel solves this need and helps the body stay healthy.

Contains Amino Acids and Many Enzymes

Amino acids are very important for cell renewal, protein synthesis, and other vital processes. Aloe contains 18 amino acids and promotes the assimilation of nutrients and the strengthening of the organism. Aloe, if taken regularly, is a powerful body cleanser. It helps eliminate toxic waste and combats tiredness. With Aloe, the body is regenerated.

Free Your Body of Toxins

Aloe, if taken on a regular basis, frees the body from accumulated toxins, regenerates the tissues, and frees the mind from the toxic “weight” that the body must undergo. Body and mind, soma and psyche, are connected: by relieving the body, the mind calms down, and this helps the natural regenerating process of sleep.

Regenerates the Skin

Aloe, with the phytocomplex rich in mucilage, minerals, vitamins, amino acids, helps the regenerative process of the skin, which takes place every 21-28 days, preventing problems of dryness and distraction. Aloe contains 12 natural substances that have been shown to fight inflammation independently. Aloe also helps joints and muscle mobility, preventing joint inflammation.

Facilitates the Resolution of Small Skin Burns

Aloe is known for its high ability to facilitate the healing of the skin from small scotches, burns, inflammations, thanks to the properties of the gel.

Choosing Best Aloe Vera

Pure or Diluted?

There are different types of aloe vera juices on the market, how to extricate yourself in the jungle of offers? It is advisable to prefer the cold extracted from the leaves and which is 100% pure. It is of fundamental importance to select a product free of aloin, that is the substance that characterizes the external cuticles and which is particularly irritating to the gastric mucosa.

In the long run, in fact, this element could be toxic and cause far more serious damage than a simple stomach ache. Some producers create mixes, that is, they combine aloe with other ingredients, which can make the flavor more pleasant to those who do not find it good. The price, in this case, can decrease, as there will be no more pure juice, although other benefits will be added.

If a particular combination does not convince you, consult the review of other users who have tried it and have tested its consistency.

A Few Tips

The chosen dosage must indicate the dosages to follow, which should be followed in order not to have unwanted effects. In any case, in the presence of any disorder, it is important to stop taking it. Likewise, it is preferable to avoid drinking it during pregnancy and breastfeeding and to inform your doctor if you take any medicine daily.

If you have tried one of a specific brand and you liked it, choose a pack of at least one liter, to save money, and not have to face a new expense soon. If, however, you want to try it for the first time, you prefer smaller formats, which will not cost you as much as a more substantial one.

Beware of Aloin

The first thing to check is the absence of aloin, an anthraquinone molecule present on the external cuticles of the plant that performs a powerful purgative and laxative action. Typically, this is removed during the processing of the juice, precisely because in the long run, it could exert an irritating and toxic effect on the intestinal mucosa.

ALOINE is a drug with anthraquinones. Like all anthraquinone drugs, if taken for long periods, it can cause ulcers of the intestinal mucosa, melanosis, and colon atony. As a result, the function of the entire gastrointestinal tract is impaired. That’s why it’s so important to make sure you’re using pure Aloe Vera gel without Aloin. Unfortunately, there are Aloe juice preparations on the market that often contain percentages of aloin. In some cases, they write on the label “aloe vera juice 98%”, or “aloe juice 99.8%”, without indicating the type of processing of the plant and whether it contains aloin.

The result? Stomach pain, diarrhea, functional changes!
The effects of aloin are seen after 6-8 hours. Most of the time, after drinking the Aloe juice bought at the supermarket or in the pharmacy and herbalist shop, the symptoms indicating the presence of aloin are felt: diarrhea, stomach pain, alteration of the intestinal function, muscle contractions and peristalsis.

So check that the product is cold extracted from the leaves and that it is 100% pure: many packs on the market do not only contain aloe vera but a mixture of other ingredients, such as pomegranate juice, which make aloe more easily ingested, which in itself boasts a bitter taste, not always palatable.

Better If Natural

Aloe vera juice should be drunk, preferably in the morning, or half an hour before meals, in quantities ranging between 50 and 100 milliliters per day, depending on the brand: in fact, drinking the juice on an empty stomach helps to purify the intestine from accumulated waste.

Since the product must be taken pure and without any elaboration process, it is good that it is as natural as possible. Check that there are no chemicals and GMOs and check that the company does not use pesticides in the cultivation of aloe plants: in this way, you can drink the juice safely, without taking risks and dangers due to the ingestion of harmful ingredients.

The Bottle

The bottle containing the aloe juice should preferably be dark, to avoid the alteration of substances due to sunlight and to preserve its quality for a long time. Some bottles on the market are not made with a dark material, but with a “UV absorber,” which in any case achieves the same objective of protecting valuable substances.

Since there are various sizes on the market, choose a small bottle if you have never tried aloe juice and you are not sure that the taste will be to your liking; if you are a regular consumer, opt for the larger bottles (one liter) which are often offered in packs of three, to save a little on the final expense.

Make a list of the things you want in your Aloe Vera and the price you are willing to pay for it. So try looking for a product in that price range and choose the one that attracts you the most. One suggestion we would like to give you is: don’t settle for a cheaper product if it doesn’t even have a function you need.

Does It Have All the Features You Need?

The most important thing is that the Aloe Vera you are buying should have all the features you are looking for. In case you don’t have one, don’t buy it! We are saying this because you will not be able to use it for this purpose. If you are a person without budget problems, I would suggest you choose the best model that is 100% ORGANIC Aloe Vera Gel.

The Brand

Buying Aloe Vera from a reputable brand can actually make sense. Not only will it be better than others in terms of “build quality,” but it will also have some extra features, better customer support. Famous brands have multiple service centers across the country, so in case of problems, you can simply take your Aloe Vera to one of their service centers.

Warranty Matters!

When you buy an Aloe Vera from a known brand, you will get a guarantee. Low-cost products also come with warranties, but the claim process may be tougher. That’s why I always suggest you buy the product from a reputed brand and the one provided under warranty. It will save you from repair costs in the future. On average, about 21% of people end up paying 40% of the product price for the service! You can save on service costs if the product is under warranty!
