Buyer Guide to Choose Best Sannces
All the video surveillance systems launched on the market by the best brands are characterized by the presence of a certain number of security cameras, usually between four and eight, to be able to cover the area to be monitored thoroughly. The larger the room or garden, the more video cameras to be installed.
Place the Cameras
What is captured by the objectives is then transmitted to a monitor, a smartphone, or a tablet, stored in the cloud, or recorded on a fixed medium (for example, a hard disk or a DVD) according to the type of device chosen and its selling price?
Among the discriminating factors that affect the choice and that are at the top of the ranking of the aspects to be taken into consideration, there is also the location of the cameras, in particular, if you need to place them inside a house, a warehouse or on the outside.
In the latter case, they must be made with materials designed to withstand the action of rain, sun, and wind and therefore characterized by high standards of resistance. In the case of an indoor installation, you can opt for models without the IPx certification, that relating to the ability to function despite contact with water or dust.
Infrared Rays
It is essential to understand if the kit allows you to take pictures even at night, so if this is your need, go to a package that uses infrared.
Let’s take a few examples to help you understand which version you may need. If you need to keep under control an exterior illuminated by street lamps or in any case by artificial light, you can buy a camera system with a low Lux value (it is the unit of measurement of the ambient brightness).
If, on the other hand, the area to be monitored is entirely dark, it is essential to opt for a kit equipped with infrared viewers, capable of returning images without the aid of a light source.18
The Quality of The Images
On the market, you will find systems that guarantee different degrees of quality of vision and recording capacity of movies. Comparing the prices, it will not be challenging to understand which kits are capable of providing images with high resolution and which are not.
You can opt for cameras that acquire images in high or low definition, as well as DVR systems that record with CIF definition (the minimum union as regards resolution and frame rate), HD1 (the right middle ground), and D1 (HD resolution and high frame rate).
It is almost superfluous to point out that it is essential to combine a DVR and a system of cameras that support the same recording standard, in order not to have a device that is over or underpowered compared to the other.

Video Quality
When installing a video surveillance kit, it is usually hoped that the images transmitted by the cameras to the DVR will be of good quality, so you can easily understand what is going on at home or outdoors.
In this case, the product does not disappoint; thanks to its advanced video technology, it is able to compress H.264 + videos, consequently reducing the decoding and compression of the image. Likewise, the fluidity of the recovery will have increased exponentially.
The films will be in HD and reach 1,920 × 1,080 pixels of resolution, allowing the user to see everything in detail and leave nothing to chance. The same quality is also achieved with night vision, thanks to which it will be possible to see up to 100 feet (30 meters) away.
Practical
One of the most appreciated features by users is the straightforward installation of the product that allows you to configure it without problems even if you are not particularly experienced.
Unlike other systems where complicated connections and wiring are required, this model requires only an Ethernet cable to connect each camera to the DVR control unit. In this way, they can be positioned without any problem in any position of the house.
The plug and play system also does not require any particular configuration or installation. The only problem reported by some users is in the reset of the settings that only acts on the DVR, leaving that of the cameras unchanged and creating some issues with the re-entry of the password.
At the alarm level, the system records movements and detects blind videos, sending e-mail alerts to the user in case of suspicious activity. So you can check what’s going on directly from your smartphone.
Raincoats
Despite the very affordable price, the safety kit proves extremely resistant even to atmospheric agents. The presence of four cameras allows the user to mount two inside and two outside, to cover both perimeters of the home or business.
The cameras are covered with IP66 protection, therefore impermeable to water, resistant to dust, and even to air. They can withstand different temperatures, even the lowest ones. In this way, they can be left active even for weeks, ideal for going on vacation without worrying that rain or cold can ruin them.
